Our Concept & Planning Design Team leads projects from feasibility through to full planning (RIBA Stages 0–3), helping clients unlock site potential and shape a clear, deliverable vision. We create site-responsive, commercially focused designs that balance creativity with feasibility. Services include feasibility studies, site appraisals, concept design, and planning submissions — all tailored to each site’s unique opportunities and constraints. Working nationwide across residential, mixed-use, commercial, hospitality, and public sectors, we bring informed, imaginative thinking backed by practical know-how. Early collaboration with our Technical & Construction Delivery team ensures every concept is creative, buildable, and cost-efficient.

Our Technical & Construction Delivery Team takes projects from developed design through to completion on site (RIBA Stages 4–7), providing detailed, coordinated, and buildable technical information that supports confident delivery. We translate planning-approved designs into construction-ready packages, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency at every stage. With extensive experience supporting developers and contractors across the UK, we understand the realities of delivery — from fire safety and procurement to modern construction methods, sustainability, and cost control. Led by our Technical Director, an accredited Architectural Technician with a main contractor background, we combine technical precision with practical insight to achieve seamless, compliant outcomes.
Our focus is simple: technically robust, coordinated design solutions that make construction smoother, safer, and more efficient.
We are a Chartered RIBA Practice and all our architects, technicians and technologists are ARB or RICS registered. We have a robust in-house system of Quality Assurance which includes regular design and technical review and document storage and status control.
