The building, clad in a multi red brick with precast stone, accents the facade and reflects neighbouring buildings with a modern twist. The soft landscaping around the perimeter compliments the street, enhances the footpath and the surrounding Paradise Fields.

Paradise Fields in Hemel Hempstead is a residential development made up of 94 apartments for Bull Homes Ltd with a value of £24m. We worked with consultants DLA Town Planning and are currently awaiting planning approval.
Our challenge was to provide 72 units and a minimum of 74 parking spaces on a tight site, whilst enhancing the landscaping to draw people across from the town centre.
