The Waterfront On-site
We are delighted to announce that the construction of The Waterfront (West Quay Marina) is progressing very well. We have been working closely with our client, London Land Group Ltd, and structural designers Engineeria, and are thrilled with the progress made so far. Thanks to modern construction methods, it is amazing to see how far the project has come. Six months ago, the first pre-cast panel was lowered onto the site, and now the 'apex' piece of the gable is being installed.
West Quay Marina in Poole is a mixed-use development that includes 291 residential apartments, 733 sqm commercial and retail space, 202 car parking spaces, a quayside walkway and associated landscaping & infrastructure. The architecture of the development has been designed to capture a modern quayside aesthetic and features wide waterfront views, balconies, and leisure roof terraces.
The luxury apartments come in one, two, and three-bedroom options and offer spacious living areas, modern kitchens, and large bathrooms. They are open-plan and feature timber-effect flooring, feature walls, and store walls. The apartments are spread across five buildings, with the tallest reaching 11 stories high, and pay homage to the area's rich maritime history.
