Roseland Park Crematorium | On-site Progress

Roseland Park Crematorium | On-site Progress

Construction at Roseland Crematorium continues to progress across all areas of the site, with several key milestones reached in recent weeks.

Recent highlights include:
• All glazing and doors are now installed, making both buildings fully water-tight and allowing internal works to continue without interruption.
• Oak soffits have been installed to both buildings, with the flower court and gathering courtyard soffits also now complete, adding detail and definition to the external architecture.
• Brise soleil installation has been completed, contributing both to the building’s façade expression and future solar control.
• Drylining works have begun in both buildings, including the installation of acoustic ceilings. Some rooms within the crematorium have progressed further and are now receiving their first mist coat of paint as interior finishes start to take shape.
• Cremator installation is underway, marking a key stage in the specialist fit-out process.
• Tiling has commenced in the WCs, with finishes beginning to be introduced across internal spaces.
• Landscaping works are well advanced, with the majority of planting now established. Hard landscaping is progressing steadily, with areas of paving installed and copings to the memorial garden walls currently being fitted, helping to define the external spaces.

The project is moving steadily forward, with both internal and external works continuing to shape the final design. Progress across the site brings the scheme closer to completion as it enters its later stages.

We look forward to sharing the next update as works continue.
