Planning Submitted for Residential Scheme in West Northamptonshire

We are pleased to confirm that a reserved matters planning application has been submitted for a new residential development in West Northamptonshire. Working in collaboration with Bidwells and a private landowner consortium, we have developed proposals for the creation of 35 high-quality family homes and associated highway, attenuation measures, landscape design and play spaces, including MUGA and sports fields.

• Retention of site features and increased biodiversity net gain across the site

• A fully sustainable scheme with measures to reduce energy consumption.

The scheme will create a positive addition to the area, bringing much-needed high-quality housing and enhanced green spaces, and play spaces for the surrounding developments and local residents.
