Planning Approval Granted for Residential Development in Luton

We are pleased to announce that Luton’s Development Management Committee resolved to grant planning permission for the redevelopment of the site at 32-42 Duke Street in High Town, Luton, following the submission of proposals developed in collaboration with Optimis Consulting, Landscape Architects LDA and our private client.
The approved scheme will transform a former commercial site into a high-quality residential development comprising 23 apartments, alongside associated plant rooms, refuse and cycle storage, and enhanced landscaping. The proposal forms part of the ongoing regeneration of the area, helping to deliver much-needed housing while contributing positively to the evolving character of High Town.
The approved design incorporates a contemporary architectural approach informed by the surrounding townscape and nearby Conservation Area. A carefully considered palette of brick tones and materials, combined with active frontages, soft landscaping and improvements to the public realm, will help create an attractive and welcoming environment for future residents and the wider community.
