COLLABORATE // O3
Last Thursday we held our 3rd Collaborate event. The event was hosted by Mark Doohan who welcomed Clive Faine from Abbeygate Developments LTD to present on the new Park Square development in central Milton Keynes. We had an amazing turnout of like-minded professionals keen to see Milton Keynes at the forefront of ground-breaking developments.
Clive introduced us to their proposals for the site in CMK and talked us through how it is developing with the help of their main contractor, Galliford Try. Clive showed us some stunning visuals of the 329 1,2 and 3-bedroom apartments and the 4 blocks with various building heights from 8 to 11 storeys, which are scheduled for completion in August 2024.
Benchmarks own Mark Doohan then chaired a discussion panel with Clive joined by property and development professionals, Neus Garriock from Galliford Try and Mike Jones from Bidwells talking about The New MK City Plan and the significance of schemes like Park Square.
The team at MK Gallery did a phenomenal job in facilitating all this for us, it made a perfect backdrop to a thoroughly enjoyable event. And a huge thank you to everyone that joined us and we hope to see you for COLLABORATE 04 on Thursday 26th October 2023.
