Cogenhoe
This development, located in the historical village of Cogenhoe in South Northamptonshire, was commissioned by T2 Developments Ltd with a value of £1.2m. We worked with consultants Smith Jenkins Ltd and construction was completed in Spring 2023.
The development saw the demolition of an existing 5-bed property and in its place the construction of three 2-bed bungalows, one 3-bed bungalow and
a 4-bed house.
The site, near the centre of the village, also includes
a new layout featuring parking, landscaping, waste storage and amenity space, designed to create dwellings that are a pleasure to live in and to be around.
Our approach was a direct response to the local authority’s need for single storey living and varied house types, which ensure that the local communities’ housing needs are better served.
