Works are progressing very well for our student housing scheme in Leicester. Students are moving in and the building is 80% occupied already. The façade is due to be finished in December.

The new modern student accommodation features 266 bedrooms, over 7 storeys with exceptional space standards achieved. The design of the building draws on the character and quality of the surrounding Victorian style buildings. This new development will provide a modern lift to the corner of Welford Road and Norton Street.
