Planning approval has been granted in Leicester, after working closely with Leicester City Council and Study Inn – we are delighted to say. This new development will provide a lift to the corner of Welford Road and Norton Street and will see the demolition of the unused office building, thus providing much needed residential student accommodation.

The design of the building draws on the character and quality of the surrounding Victorian style buildings. The building is characterised by grey brickwork with a feature sawtooth band providing visual interest towards the eaves line. Grey metal window surrounds add further definition to both ground floor and fourth floor windows. Whilst the top two storeys being set back from the main street elevations, crown the building in grey and white cladding.
