Our residential project located in the heart of Flitwick has been sensitively designed to reduce the impact of the new dwellings on the outlook of the neighbouring properties.

The development includes the demolition of the existing semi-detached property which fronted the road; reconfigured and reconstructed into a large family 4-bedroom semi-detached house. The scheme also provides a large garden and allocated parking. Our design team managed to secure planning approval for the remaining land associated with the original house, creating 3 new, 2 bedroom bungalows with amenity and parking and as a result increasing the site value.
