Back in 2018 our team’s design work on the retrofit refurbishment at Beaufort House, transforming a historic but tired office building into a desirable apartment scheme in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, came to a close. Jump forward a year and a half and we are currently engaged with the client again to undertake the detail design of the shell works to the ground floor A1 Retail unit. Really thrilled to be involved with the final details in the repurposing of this important building. The contractor is gearing up onsite, ready for fit-out by the tenant, Tesco Express by the end of Autumn 2020.
