West Park Barns is a contemporary rural barn style development of 4 new build houses. The farm land site was peppered with derelict and disused agricultural barns, buildings and silos on which permitted development change of use approval was secured to begin the development.

Planning approval was granted in April 2019 for the new build dwellings to replace the barns. The 4 houses are 250m² and 4/5 bedrooms with large gardens and parking. The house design takes reference from the original brick barns on the site and a contemporary twist on a high level metal cladding for the first floor element with glazed gables for open views across the landscape.
