This design proposal seeks to transform this quirky 4 bedroom home in central Dunstable into a collection of modern studio, 1 bed and 2 bed apartments; this includes an update of the fenestration and materiality of the principle façade, giving the building a new lease of life. The design also proposes a rooftop extension that is set back from the front of the building, helping to set it more successfully within the context of the older terraced houses immediately to the East.
