An outline planning application has been submitted in Luton. Located to the South of Luton Town Centre on Cumberland Street, this development will see the creation of 207 new high quality dwellings, providing a mixture of 1,2 and 3 bed units.

The design proposal will provide a formal built frontage to the corner of Cumberland Street, improving the streetscape and creating a landmark building acting as a visual gateway to Luton Town Centre.
