Plans are currently being considered by Aylesbury Vale Council for a fresh new development, located in the village of Stoke Mandeville, along Wendover Road, within the natural development boundary of the village. It has been a great collaboration with Ground Construction Ltd and Nexus Planning and we look forward to a determination within the next few weeks.

The proposals will utilise a vacant derelict site of a disused bungalow and provide 9 well designed, modern, bespoke family homes. The site will provide a mix of 5, 3-bedroom houses and 4, 5-bedroom dwellings in an established residential setting with private gardens providing a good-sized external space. Although the form of dwellings varies; each frontage will have the same features. The materials proposed on the design of the facade take influence from the surrounding material palette and are of a high quality with contemporary architectural detailing. The street and public realm will also be significantly improved with integrated street trees and landscaping.
