Benchmark Architects were instructed by Lionel House Developments to redevelop Lionel House, Lionel Street, Birmingham.

Located in the historic jewellery quarter and conservation area of Central Birmingham, the proposal submitted for planning, seeks the demolition of the existing 10 storey office building and car park, with the view of constructing in excess of 250 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments. The development would give potential residents open communal areas and amenity spaces, associated car parking, cycle storage and a landscaped roof terrace; breathing new life into this once tired and redundant office building.
