We are delighted to have just received planning approval for an exciting new development in Haynes. It has been a pleasure to work with New Vista Homes, David Gauntlett, and Central Beds Council to bring about this successful outcome.

Haynes is a village and civil parish in Bedfordshire, about seven miles south of Bedford. The design proposals have been carefully considered to sit within the street-scape and will be well placed along Northwood End Road, the main road that runs through the village. The development will make a significant and positive contribution to the area, by providing much-needed affordable and private high-quality housing.

Providing a total of 27 new-build dwellings, each home will have car parking, cycle storage, refuse storage and amenity space and will create a secure environment that enhances the character of the village and celebrates good architectural design. The material palette for the design takes influence from the village. These high-quality finishes will make the new homes a joy to reside in and be around.
