Planning Permission Granted in Bournemouth

Seabourne Road, Bournemouth has recently received full planning permission to develop a scheme for a gap site in Pokesdown, Bournemouth, which has sat empty since the original building was demolished in the early 2000s.

The scheme continues the pattern of the existing buildings along the road. A small office or retail space with a dedicated front door on to Seabourne Road and two 2-bed duplex apartments on the upper floors with private access and amenities at the rear of the site have been proposed.
