Planning Permission Granted In Aston Clinton
Planning permission has been granted in the village of Aston Clinton. The site located on the south side of London Road is currently garden amenity and will see the development of 5 new 3-5 bedroom detached houses and bungalow. Also including garden amenity ranging in 15-23m in depth, allocated off street parking and enhanced green spaces and landscape buffers.
The design looks to take advantage of the sites orientation to introduce as much natural light into the properties as possible. Materials have been selected to ensure the development respects the local character and these will be sourced locally, where practical. We believe the proposal creates an appropriate, well considered and attractive 21st Century housing development which will improve the local housing stock.
