We have received planning permission for a new extension on a listed outbuilding in Weston Underwood, a village and civil parish in Buckinghamshire. The site is located within the Conservation Area of the village and the outbuilding is part of a beautiful cottage.

The development will consist of a new contemporary single storey flat roof extension to the existing outbuilding, the restoration and conversion of the existing outbuilding which will include underpinning the walls, raising the eaves level, new roof structure and finish, new floor structure, replacement of existing window and door frames, new swimming pool and reworking of site levels and landscaping the site.

The plans will restore the building from a dilapidated structure that is unsafe, unused and dangerous to an annex that can be used by the occupiers of the cottage.
