We are delighted to announce that following a planning application in May this year, our non-material amendment (NMA) to the West Quay Road development project at Poole harbour has been approved.  We have been working closely with our client London Land Group Ltd and structural designers, Engineeria, to optimise the project and amend the previously approved designs. We are really excited to be moving into the next phase of the project.

The proposal is for the demolition of the existing buildings and redevelopment of the surface carpark site to create a mixed-use development comprising 291 residential apartments, 733 sq.m commercial/retail floorspace, 202 car parking spaces, quayside walkway and associated landscaping & infrastructure.
