Build to Rent Scheme in Leeds

Benchmark Architects is excited to be working with Pascoe Homes, Winvic Construction Ltd, and K2 Construction Management to complete the delivery of a 425 dwelling Build to Rent scheme in Leeds. The site is located to the southeast of Leeds City Centre alongside the River Aire. The scheme comprises of mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and duplexes with a large landscaped podium deck. The landscaping at ground level will open up the site and provide better connectivity to the river.

We have designed the façade to be sympathetic to the site heritage of the historic mill buildings and are in dialogue with the Leeds City Council to approve the discharge of conditions including detailed layouts and intricate brickwork detailing providing a quality development within this rich historic setting.

Site mobilisation has commenced, and the first piles have been completed. We are now completing our Stage 4 / Stage 5 design information.
