Following the demolition of Lionel Street car park at the end of 2019, it’s exciting to see our new build BtR apartment scheme begin to come out of the ground. Work is pressing ahead on site with Winvic Construction the main contractor and Aberdeen Standard Investments.  This is an image of the main entrance to the 14 storey development which is being clad with GRC and brickwork detailing and features two storey glazed banding.

We are now working on the interior design proposals for the residents amenity spaces with ABI and it is exciting to help them as the brand develops.  So watch this space!
