…We received planning approval for a BtR development with 267 apartments in Sandacre Street, Leicester // Our apartment scheme in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, Lionel House started on site, following demolition // We hosted our first ‘Big Talk’ lecture with the Bedfordshire Association of Architects and subsequent ‘Lunch & Learns’// Huntingdon and Hinckley & Bosworth crematoriums both went out to tender // We relaunched our website with a fresh new look and new branding // Our design for the first UK Saint Gobain multi-comfort home was completed // Two members of our team gained associate director status // We were shortlisted for a Schueco Excellence Award for our retrofit scheme, Beaufort House in Birmingham // We became proud sponsors of Toddington Rovers’ U14’s Girls side // One of our architectural assistants passed their part 3 and became a fully qualified Architect //Our Bespoke Homes team gained over 20 planning approvals // We took on two new members of staff – growing our team to thirteen…
