The grand and imposing 7-storey ‘Beaufort House’ is situated in the historic Jewellery Quarter and conservation area of Central Birmingham, currently being targeted by a neighbourhood plan to renew the region.

We have been working nationally alongside Beaufort House Developments Ltd and Nexus Planning on this enticing regeneration project and are really pleased to say that plans to convert the existing building into 75 apartments and remodel the entrance and windows were granted planning permission a few months ago, whilst the application for a two-storey rooftop extension was approved just last week!!

All being well work will begin on site later this month.
