We are currently on site in central Luton with 40, one and two bedroom apartments.  This photo shows the buildings reaching roof level and gives an idea of the fantastic views above roof and tree tops from the upper floor apartments. The main contract works has been undertaken by Oak Developments Ltd and is due to finish during the summer 2020.   The site was exceptionally challenging as it rises over 7m through chalk ground from front to back but this has resulted in some elevated views and quirky courtyard spaces.

We also currently have a planning application submitted to extend the scheme by a further 11, 2 bedroom apartments which we hope to be granted approval during March.
