Planning Approvals from our Bespoke Homes Team
Over the past few months, the Bespoke Homes team has received numerous planning approvals, and some of the projects have already commenced on-site. We are thrilled with these fantastic results, and we’re eager to showcase the hard work of our team.
We have started construction of a new 5-bedroom dwelling in Silsoe’s conservation area after obtaining planning permission to demolish the existing dwelling and garage.
Planning consent was obtained for a rear extension and garage conversion for this 2.5-storey house. The goal was to improve the balance of living spaces, including the addition of an open-plan kitchen/dining room to the back of the house. Additionally, a new snug and utility room were included in the plans.
Planning has been approved for the demolition of the conservatory, single-storey rear extension, relocation of the front door, 2 rear dormers to the existing roof & a new external wall set back from the boundary with the highway.
Plans have been approved for this gorgeous Grade II Listed home to create a single-storey rear and side extension following the demolition of the existing conservatory and utility/boot room.
Approval has been given for the replacement of windows, maintenance, and construction of an annex for a gym/wellness room in the charming village of Aston Clinton, through the process of Listed Building Consent.
