In the last few months we have had some incredible results at planning committee.  With more than 700 flats and houses now consented at Luton Borough Council planning committee since November we are really excited for the future of the town.

Not only is it a key milestone for us at Benchmark Architects as the design studios continue to grow but it is also a great privilege to be part of helping to transform and renew Luton town centre.  We have been working closely over the last year with a fantastic group of clients and planning officers across 4 sites.

The planning team used the Regional Design Panel services to review many of our proposals which, always leads to a collaborative approach solution of the highest quality.  We hope to be involved more with projects cross the town as it grows and regenerates.
